Payments, coupons and refunds
Challenge fees are one-time payments in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments, or you can redeem a coupon code. Card payments are not offered and nothing renews automatically.

- 1Choose a program and size
Pick your challenge on a program page or the challenges page. You are taken to Billing in your dashboard.
- 2Choose a coin and network
You get the deposit address, a QR code and the exact amount on the same page, with no redirects.
- 3Send the exact amount
Send it before the payment timer runs out. The fee is quoted in USD and converted to the coin you choose; network and processing fees are shown before you pay.
- 4Account issued
Your challenge account is issued automatically once the payment is confirmed on the network.
If the time to send a payment runs out, create a new payment to get a fresh address and amount. If you sent less or more than the amount due, contact support with the order number and transaction hash.
Coupon codes
- A coupon code activates one challenge account for a set program and size. Redeem it on the Billing page.
- Each coupon can be redeemed once per trader. A code can expire or have all its uses claimed; ask support for a new one if so.
- Resellers can buy coupon codes in bulk from the dashboard and gift or resell them.
- Discount and coupon codes do not apply to Pro accounts.
- Accounts activated with a coupon code do not include the challenge fee refund.
Buying several challenges at once
Add up to 10 challenges to the cart, each with its own program and account size, and pay for everything with one crypto payment. Each challenge gets its own account.
- A launch offer or comeback discount is applied at checkout and covers a single challenge in the cart, as on a single purchase.
- Pro accounts are sold one account at a time and cannot be added to the cart.
- The Zero allocation limit of $200,000 also applies to Zero accounts in the cart.
- For the fee refund, each account in a cart counts its own share of what was paid: its price, less a proportional part of any discount.
Launch offers and discounts
- When a launch offer runs, its discount is shown on the website, together with any limit on places and any end date that applies.
- Places are counted as payments are confirmed, and a refunded order frees its place.
- An offer cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated.
- Some offers apply to new traders on their first challenge only; this is shown with the offer.
Refunds
A challenge fee buys an evaluation account that is issued as soon as the payment is confirmed, so fees are not refundable once the account has been issued.
- If your payment was confirmed but no account was issued, or you sent the wrong amount, contact support with the order reference and transaction hash.
- Approved refunds are returned in cryptocurrency to a wallet address you provide, less network fees.
- Simulated balances and trading profits have no cash value and cannot be refunded or withdrawn.
On 2-Step Standard, 2-Step Flex, 2-Step Pro and 1-Step Flex accounts paid for at checkout, the fee paid for that account (in a cart, that account’s share of the total) is added to its first reward on the Real account. Accounts activated with a coupon code, accounts received as a gift or prize, and Zero and Pro accounts do not include it.
