Hard breach · account ends

Trading stops, pending orders are cancelled and open positions are closed. The account cannot continue.

Soft breach · trade or profit excluded

The account stays open. Affected trades or profit are excluded and a warning is recorded.

Required to pass

An objective you must meet to complete a phase. Missing it never closes the account.

Required to pass

Profit target

8% → 5%Phase 1 → 2

Reach the target in closed profit, with every position closed, to complete each phase.

How is it calculated?
Phase 1 · 8% of $100,000
$8,000
Phase 1 passes at a closed balance of
$108,000
Phase 2 · 5% of $100,000
$5,000
Phase 2 passes at a closed balance of
$105,000

Floating profit on open positions does not count until the position is closed.

Each new phase starts again at $100,000, and so does the funded simulation stage.

Hard breach

Daily loss limit

5%of initial balance

Equity may not fall more than 5% of the initial balance below the day’s opening balance. Floating P/L counts.

How is it calculated?
Daily allowance · 5% of $100,000
$5,000
Day opens at $100,000 · breach at equity
$95,000
Day opens at $102,000 · breach at equity
$97,000

The allowance is always 5% of the initial balance, even after your balance grows. Touching the level counts as a breach.

The day resets every day at 02:00 UTC. The new day starts from your balance at that moment, so floating losses on positions held past midnight count towards the new day.

Hard breach

Maximum loss

10%Static floor

Equity must stay above a fixed floor 10% below the initial balance for the life of the account.

How is it calculated?
Initial balance
$100,000
Maximum loss · 10%
$10,000
Loss floor, fixed
$90,000
Floor after the balance grows to $105,000
$90,000

If equity touches $90,000 or lower at any moment, including floating losses, the account is breached.

Required to pass

Minimum trading days

Trade on at least 3 separate days in each phase before you can pass, even if the target is reached sooner.

A trading day runs from 02:00 UTC to 02:00 UTC the next day.

The count starts again from zero in each phase.

Hard breach

Inactivity limit

60days

Place an order or close a position at least once every 60 days. An open position on its own does not count as activity.

How is it calculated?
Last order or close

Breach if nothing happens until
30 April 2026, 10:00 UTC

The timer restarts whenever you place an order, market or pending, or a position closes, including by stop loss or take profit.

There is no maximum time limit while the account stays active.

Condition

Leverage

1:100forex

Metals 1:50, crypto 1:2 and stocks 1:5. Leverage sets the margin you need to open a position.

How is it calculated?
1.00 lot EUR/USD at 1.10000
$1,100.00
1.00 lot USD/JPY
$1,000.00
0.10 lot XAU/USD at 2,500.00
$500.00
0.10 lot BTC/USD at 60,000.00
$3,000.00

Margin = lots × contract size × price ÷ leverage for markets quoted in USD. For pairs with USD as the base currency the price is not applied, and for cross pairs (such as EUR/JPY) the base currency’s USD value is used in place of the price.

Prices in this example are illustrative.

  • No maximum time limit
  • No best-day consistency rule
  • No short-duration profit rule
  • Overnight and weekend holding allowed
  • Stop loss optional, strongly recommended

While a market is closed, new orders cannot be placed, and stop loss, take profit and pending orders do not trigger until it reopens. They are then filled at the first available price, which can be worse than the level you set.

Metals leverage applies to gold and silver. Crypto and stock leverage is the same on every program. Margin = lots × contract size × price ÷ leverage for markets quoted in USD. For pairs with USD as the base currency the price is not applied, and for cross pairs (such as EUR/JPY) the base currency’s USD value is used in place of the price.

Order rules

  • Order types

Market, limit and stop orders, each with an optional stop loss and take profit.

  • Volume

0.01 to 20.00 lots per order, in steps of 0.01.

  • Open orders

Up to 100 open positions and pending orders combined on one account.

  • Prices and costs

Buys fill at the ask and sells at the bid. There is no commission: the spread is the only trading cost. Stop loss and take profit trigger on the closing side of the spread (bid for buys, ask for sells). Limit and stop orders trigger on the side they fill at (ask for buy orders, bid for sell orders). Take profit and limit orders fill at exactly their price. A stop loss or stop order fills at the first available price once triggered: usually its price or very close to it, but when the price gaps past it, for example at the weekend reopen, a session open or a news release, it fills at the first price after the gap, which can be worse. Market orders and manual closes fill at the server’s current quote, which can differ from the price on your screen; in a very fast market they can fill slightly worse than that quote, never better.

  • Free margin

A market order needs enough free margin for its margin. A triggered pending order without enough margin is rejected.

  • Margin stop-outHard breach

If equity falls to 50% of the margin in use or lower, open positions are closed and the account is breached.

Trading conduct

What you can do, and how

Fundzoria is built for manual, independent trading. These rules apply to every program unless stated.

News trading

Locked on Real accounts
  • Evaluation (Demo) accounts: trading around news is allowed.
  • Real accounts (funded and Zero): new market orders, new pending orders and any change to an existing pending order (price, volume, stop loss or take profit) are blocked from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after a high-impact news release that affects the instrument’s currencies. The terminal shows a news lock while it is active.
  • You can still close positions during the lock, and positions opened earlier may be held through the release.
  • Release times come from a public economic calendar and are checked automatically.

Overnight and weekend holding

Allowed
  • Positions can stay open overnight and over the weekend on every program.
  • Forex and metals close on Friday and reopen on Sunday at 22:00 UTC. Crypto trades 24/7.
  • A gap at the reopen can fill a stop loss or stop order at a worse price than set. Take profit and limit orders still fill at their set price, and floating losses count towards your limits.

Hedging within one account

Allowed
  • Holding a buy and a sell on the same instrument in one account is allowed.
  • Each position needs its own margin and pays its own spread.

Stop loss

Optional
  • A stop loss is not mandatory, but it is strongly recommended.
  • Limits are checked against equity as prices move, so an unprotected position can breach the account before you react.

Scalping and short-term trading

Allowed
  • Short-term trading is allowed on every program.
  • The hyperactivity limit applies to every account.

Same idea on your own accounts

Allowed
  • You may place the same trade idea manually on several accounts in your own profile.
  • Opposite positions across accounts are not allowed. See cross-account hedging below.

Multiple accounts

Allowed
  • You can hold several trading accounts in one profile, each measured against its own rules.
  • Active Zero accounts are limited to $200,000 combined per trader. Breached Zero accounts do not count towards the limit.

Trading platform

Web terminal only
  • Trading takes place only in the Fundzoria browser terminal, on desktop or mobile.
  • MT4, MT5 and other external platforms are not available, so Expert Advisors cannot be connected.
Prohibited strategies

Practices that are not allowed

Each practice below has a definition, an example and the consequence. Hard breaches end the account; soft breaches start with a warning.

Soft, then hard if repeated

Automated trading and scripts

Definition
The web terminal does not support automated trading. Scripts, browser automation, macros or any tool that places, changes or closes orders automatically are not allowed.
Example
Running a browser extension that opens a position whenever two moving averages cross.
Consequence
First case: warning and the affected trades are excluded from results. Repeated use: hard breach.
Hard breach

Copy trading and signal services

Definition
Copying trades between different people, following a signal-copying service, or using a pass-my-challenge service.
Example
Mirroring another trader’s orders from a shared channel, or paying someone to pass your evaluation.
Consequence
Hard breach of every account involved. Trading the same idea manually on your own accounts is allowed.
Hard breach

Cross-account hedging

Definition
Opening opposite positions across different accounts, or coordinating them with another person, so that one side is likely to pass whatever the market does.
Example
Buying 5 lots of XAU/USD on one account while selling 5 lots on another account, yours or someone else’s.
Consequence
Hard breach of all accounts involved.
Hard breach

Arbitrage and latency trading

Definition
Any form of arbitrage, including trading on price-feed delays, stale quotes or price differences between the terminal and other sources.
Example
Watching a faster external feed and buying in the terminal before its quote catches up.
Consequence
Hard breach. The affected trades are excluded.
Hard breach

Exploiting platform errors

Definition
Trading on obviously mispriced quotes, frozen prices, glitches or any technical fault instead of reporting it.
Example
Opening positions on a price spike that did not occur in the wider market.
Consequence
Hard breach. Report suspected errors to support with the account and trade references.
Soft, then hard if repeated

High-frequency trading and hyperactivity

Definition
Placing more than 200 orders in one trading day, or rapid-fire order placement designed to game execution.
Example
Opening and closing dozens of 0.01-lot positions every minute.
Consequence
First case: warning and the day’s affected trades may be excluded. Repeated: hard breach.
Soft, then hard if repeated

All-in gambling

Definition
Risking most of your loss allowance on one one-sided idea: a single oversized position, or several positions in the same direction, that a small move would breach.
Example
On a $100,000 2-Step Standard account, 20 lots of EUR/USD lose the full $5,000 daily allowance on a move of about 25 pips.
Consequence
First case: warning and the affected trades may be excluded. Repeated: hard breach.
Hard breach

Account sharing and third-party management

Definition
Letting anyone else log in to, trade or manage your account, or trading an account that belongs to someone else.
Example
Giving your login to an account manager who trades your evaluation for you.
Consequence
Hard breach. The profile may be restricted while the activity is reviewed.
Hard breach

Multiple profiles

Definition
Creating more than one Fundzoria profile, or registering with another person’s details.
Example
Opening a second profile with another email to get around the Zero allocation limit.
Consequence
Hard breach of the accounts on duplicate profiles, and the profiles may be closed.
Breaches

What happens when a rule is met or broken

Every rule on this page is labelled. Here is exactly what each label means for your account.

Hard breach · account ends

Triggers

  • Daily loss limit reached
  • Maximum loss floor reached
  • Margin stop-out at 50% of margin in use
  • No activity for 60 days
  • Prohibited conduct marked as a hard breach

What happens

  • Trading stops and new orders are blocked.
  • Pending orders are cancelled and open positions are closed at the next available quote.
  • A position waiting for a fresh quote is closed as soon as one arrives.
  • The account cannot be reactivated. You can start again with a new account.
Soft breach · trade or profit excluded

Triggers

  • A first case of automation, hyperactivity or all-in gambling

What happens

  • The account stays open and you can keep trading.
  • Affected trades or profit are excluded from performance results.
  • A warning is recorded. Repeated soft breaches can be treated as a hard breach.
Passing a phase

You need to

  • Reach the profit target in closed profit
  • Close every open position
  • Complete the minimum trading days

What happens

  • Progression is automatic once every objective is met.
  • Pending orders are cancelled and the next phase, or the funded simulation stage, starts at the initial balance.
  • The same daily loss, maximum loss, inactivity and margin rules continue to apply.
Accounts & eligibility

Who can trade, and how accounts are issued

How accounts are issued

Crypto or coupon

Pay for a challenge in crypto through NOWPayments on the Billing page and the account is issued automatically once the network confirms the payment, or redeem a coupon code to activate it straight away.

One profile per person

Hard breach

Each person may hold one Fundzoria profile, registered with accurate personal details.

18 and over

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Fundzoria.

Identity verification

Required for Real accounts
  • Evaluation (Demo) accounts do not need identity verification.
  • Once you have a Real account (funded after passing, or a Zero account), verify your identity in Profile before trading it and before any payout. Verification is handled by our provider Didit and usually takes a few minutes.

Where Fundzoria is available

Eligibility

Access may be restricted where sanctions or local law require it.

Zero allocation

Limit

Active Zero accounts are limited to $200,000 combined per trader. A new Zero account cannot be issued if it would exceed this limit.

Account security

Your responsibility

Keep your login details private and use a unique password. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Platform

Web terminal only

All trading takes place on the Fundzoria web terminal. No external platform can be connected.

Payouts & fees

Simulated results, clearly stated

All Fundzoria accounts use virtual funds and simulated execution. Orders are not sent to a real market.

Payouts and profit split

Real (funded and Zero) accounts can request a reward of up to the trader share of your chosen payout cycle: weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, shown on the Rewards page. The first payout opens one full cycle after the account becomes funded; after that, payouts open at the end of each cycle once you have 3 profitable days (at least 0.25% of the starting balance) since your last payout. Zero accounts need 5 profitable days (each at least 0.25% of the starting balance) before their first payout, then 3 profitable days between payouts like the other programs, and must keep the 40% best-day consistency rule on every payout. Your share must be at least $100, a $3 processing fee is deducted, and rewards are paid in USDT (BEP20 or TRC20) to your saved payout wallet after identity verification and review.

Fees and refunds

Challenge fees are paid in crypto through NOWPayments (card payments are not offered) or with a coupon code. Network and processing fees are shown before you pay. See the refund policy for details.

Payout review and wallet security

Every payout request is reviewed. A request that breaks the trading rules can be declined, and the profit is returned to the account. Changing your payout wallet needs two-factor authentication and pauses payouts for 48 hours; more than one change in 30 days needs manual verification.

Read more in our pricing and refund policy and risk disclosure.

Glossary

The terms behind the rules

Initial balance
The account size you start with. Every loss limit and target is a percentage of this amount.
Balance
Your account value from closed trades. It changes when a position closes.
Equity
Balance plus floating P/L on open positions. Loss limits are checked against equity.
Floating P/L
The unrealised profit or loss of open positions, valued at the bid for buys and the ask for sells.
Daily loss
How far equity is below the day’s opening balance, as a percentage of the initial balance.
Loss floor
The equity level that ends the account when touched. It is fixed on 2-Step Standard, 2-Step Flex, 2-Step Pro, 1-Step Flex and trailing on Zero.
Trailing
A floor that rises with your highest closed balance and stops at the initial balance. On Fundzoria it does not move down while you trade, and it returns to its starting level after a payout request.
Lot
The trade size unit. 1.00 lot = 100,000 units of the base currency for forex, 100 oz of gold, 5,000 oz of silver, 1 BTC, 1 ETH, 1,000 XRP, 1 BNB, 10,000 DOGE, 10 LTC, 1,000 ADA, 100 LINK, 100 AVAX, 10 AAPL, 10 MSFT, 10 NVDA, 10 TSLA, 10 AMZN, 10 META, 10 GOOGL, 10 NFLX.
Pip
The standard price step: EUR/USD 0.0001, USD/JPY 0.01, XAU/USD 0.1. One pip on 1.00 lot of EUR/USD is worth $10.00.
Margin
Equity set aside to hold open positions: lots × contract size × the USD value of one unit of the base currency ÷ leverage.
Free margin
Equity minus margin in use. New market orders need enough free margin for their margin.
Trading day
A trading day (02:00 to 02:00 UTC) on which you open or close at least one position.
FAQ

Questions about the rules

Is there a time limit to pass?

No. There is no maximum time limit. The account only needs an order or a closed position at least once every 60 days.

Does floating loss count towards my limits?

Yes. Daily and maximum loss are checked against equity, which includes floating P/L on open positions. The spread is already included in every fill.

When does the trading day reset?

At 02:00 UTC every day. The daily loss baseline and the trading-day count both use this day.

Do I need to close my positions to pass?

Yes. Targets are measured on closed profit, and a phase is passed only with every position closed and the program’s minimum trading days, if any, completed.

Does my balance reset for the next phase?

Yes. Each new phase, and the funded simulation stage, starts at the initial balance with a fresh trading-day count.

Is there a consistency rule?

Zero: no single day may exceed 40% of total profit, and you need 5 profitable days of at least 0.25% of the starting balance before a reward review. The other programs have no best-day consistency rule.

Can I trade during news?

Yes on evaluation (Demo) accounts. On Real accounts (funded and Zero), new market orders, new pending orders and any change to an existing pending order are blocked from 2 minutes before to 2 minutes after a high-impact release that affects the instrument. You can still close positions, and holding through news is allowed.

Can I hold trades over the weekend?

Yes, on every program. Forex and metals reopen on Sunday at 22:00 UTC, and a gap can fill your stop loss or stop orders at a worse price than set. Take profit and limit orders fill at their set price.

Can I use an Expert Advisor or a bot?

No. The Fundzoria web terminal is built for manual trading, and scripts or tools that place orders automatically are not allowed.

What happens if I breach a rule?

A hard breach ends the account: trading stops, pending orders are cancelled and open positions are closed. A soft breach keeps the account open, but affected trades or profit are excluded.

Are payouts available?

Yes, for Real (funded and Zero) accounts. You can request the trader share for your payout cycle (weekly, bi-weekly or monthly): the first payout opens one cycle after the account is funded, then at the end of each cycle once you have 3 profitable days since your last payout. The minimum share is $100, a $3 fee is deducted, and rewards are paid in USDT (BEP20 or TRC20) after identity verification and review.

Do rule changes affect my existing account?

Trading rules (profit targets, loss limits, trading days, inactivity and leverage) recorded for an existing account stay attached to it. Reward terms such as payout cycles, profit shares, fees, fee refunds and scaling follow the current programme settings.
