Using Fundzoria
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms and the rules displayed for your selected program. Use the service lawfully and provide accurate account information.
Your account
Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Do not share access, impersonate another person or attempt to use someone else’s account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us promptly.
The trading environment
Fundzoria provides simulated trading accounts with virtual balances. Orders do not create ownership of financial instruments or execute in real financial markets. Virtual balances and simulated profits cannot be treated as deposits, investments or cash held for you.
Program rules and progression
The account size, phase targets, minimum trading days and loss limits attached to your account determine its evaluation. Review them before placing an order. A rule breach can restrict trading and end the evaluation. Reaching a profit target alone is not enough if other requirements remain unmet.
Acceptable use
Do not exploit technical faults, manipulate displayed prices, bypass account controls, disrupt the service or attempt to obtain another user’s data. Do not coordinate trading through accounts owned by other people or use misleading identities. Suspected abuse may result in restricted access while the activity is reviewed.
Prices and payments
The catalogue displays account fees in USD. A listed fee is not a payment confirmation. Payment collection is currently unavailable, and opening a practice account does not charge you. No cash reward is promised by a simulated account or evaluation result.
Availability and records
Access may be interrupted by maintenance, connectivity problems or unavailable market data. Review your account history and report suspected errors with the relevant account and trade references. Simulated execution may differ from real-world trading conditions.

Contact us through the contact page if you need clarification about these terms or your account. The rules recorded for an existing account remain attached to it; changes to the catalogue apply to newly created accounts unless otherwise stated. Nothing in these terms is intended to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
